Terms at a Glance
We want Stubly’s basic rules to be easy to understand. This page summarizes some of the most important parts of our Terms of Service.
What Stubly does
Stubly turns supported x402 payment events into PDF receipts and structured transaction records for bookkeeping and recordkeeping workflows.
Customers send payment events from their systems to Stubly. Stubly uses the information provided to generate receipts, transaction records, dashboards, and exports.
What Stubly does not do
Stubly is downstream of the payment itself.
We do not initiate, authorize, process, settle, custody, reverse, or guarantee payments. We do not independently verify that a submitted payment event represents a valid, final, settled, or irreversible transaction.
Stubly is not a payment processor, money transmitter, custodian, financial institution, accounting firm, tax advisor, compliance service, or independent blockchain verifier.
Our receipts and records are tools to support your workflows. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or compliance advice.
You are responsible for the information you send
You are responsible for making sure the information you send to Stubly is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
If you submit someone else’s personal information, such as a payer’s email address, you are responsible for having the authority needed to provide it and request any related communication.
Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary to use Stubly.
Protect your account and signing secrets
Keep your account credentials and webhook signing secrets secure.
Do not expose signing secrets in public repositories, client-side code, logs, or other public locations. If you believe a credential or secret has been compromised, replace or rotate it promptly.
Keep your own important records
Stubly is not designed to be your only system of record.
You should keep independent copies of information you need for business, tax, accounting, legal, audit, or compliance purposes.
Stubly is in early access
Stubly is an early-access service. Features may change, and the service may contain errors or experience interruptions.
There is currently no uptime or service-level guarantee.
Early access is currently free
Stubly is currently free during early access.
Before paid plans are introduced, we will publish the applicable pricing and billing terms and update the Terms of Service as appropriate.
We may suspend misuse
You may not use Stubly for illegal activity, submit information you do not have the right to provide, compromise the service, bypass security controls, or interfere with other users.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, serious security or legal risks, fraud, abuse, or other circumstances described in the full Terms.
Liability is limited
Stubly is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The full Terms include important warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. In general, RitzyLabs LLC’s total liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid for Stubly during the previous 12 months or US $100, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
Your privacy matters
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, how long we retain it, and the privacy rights that may apply to you.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use personal information for cross-site behavioral advertising.
The full Terms govern
This page is only a summary.
Your use of Stubly is governed by the full Terms of Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
